A Note About Data Accuracy

The data has been taken from the results posted to the KTC website at http://www.ktc.org/Races/results.htm. Newer data is taken directly from the Run Score program that produces those reports. Some of these results contain typos or variation in spelling. Additionally, some runners have results with different first names (e.g. Robert, Bob, Bobby). Since the data was loaded using an automated process, these anomalies also exist in the database. A side-effect of this is that some runners may have mutiple entries in the database.

In the future, I will try to fix as many of the problems as I can. I will also be looking at ways to improve the data loading process.
